The Peruvian Cavys!
Once I saw one of these beauty's, I knew I had to have one! Well, that one turned into 2
so he would'ent be lonely and then, well,... what's the harm of one more?? They are
VERY hard to resist!
The Peruvian's coat is smooth and straight, and grows to several inches in length. The
hair naturally parts down the center of the back, and also grows forward over the head.
The dense, soft coat of the Peruvian requires a great deal of grooming.
They are generally obtained as a show animal. Their long, flowing hair makes them a
favorite of show judges. Their tresses may require extra care, but their beauty is
beyond compare.
Peruvian Guinea Pigs have the trademark guinea pig personality: Curious, fun-loving
and alert. The biggest concern when keeping them as pets is the extensive grooming
required. Those who do not plan to show them often remedy this by keeping their hair
trimmed to a length that won’t tangle or get dirty so easily.
About the Beautiful Peruvian Cavy (Guinea Pig) ~ ~
I am keeping a few beautiful Peruvians as pets and will have occasional babies. If you are
interested in a baby, please e-mail to be put on a wait list.
Guinea Pigs (unlike rabbits) like to live as pairs, or even small groups. 1 Pig will get lonely.
This Is Porky. He is super sweet and extremely beautiful!~
